Aims

  • For all people worldwide to achieve the best sustainable life standards and well-being where they are happy with themselves and each other and are also in harmony with the environment.
  • To remain Independent of any influence, which may detract from this aim.
  • EAPP aims to be self-sufficient, not for private profit, not to rely on any grant or subsidy and to contribute all surpluses in furtherance of its aims.
  • Any profit generated is then ploughed back into the company or otherwise distributed to benefit the community.
  • Our aim is to be self-funding rather than being dependent on government or external funding sources. 

Objectives

  • To design communities, buildings and environments which are ecologically sustainable and with minimal adverse impact on the environment and wherever possible a positive impact on the environment.
  • To communicate our mission and aims to everyone and educate them in this philosophy and way of life.
  • To support communities, groups and individuals and the business and communities to develop an ecologically sustainable way of life. 
  • To design buildings and environments, which are ecologically sustainable and with positive impact.

Principles

EAPP’s three overriding principles are:

  • People Care – including fair share, peace and harmony
  • Planet Care – care for our environment with full respect for nature
  • Prosperity – defined as developing sustainable economies with the emphasis on local and regional with minimal public sector & government overhead
